I would like to take the time to shout out Jay, the GM (I believe that is his title) and also the front desk gal who took my calls multiple times. I had been looking specifically for a room with a hot tub and had many tabs open. Somehow when booking, my traveling dates switched on the site without me noticing. All of a sudden a few days later I got a text asking to review my stay!! I went to my confirmation and sure enough, it was the erong date. I called the property and explained the situation. Both Jay and the female that assisted me in getting scheduled for the correct date and offering other reimbursements for the accidental booking was greatly appreciated! I couldn’t say there was more they could do!!!

I had really liked how accommodating the hotel was for shortening my overall fee for leaving a day earlier. The front desk staff went above and beyond so I would not get charged the extra day I didn't need and I really appreciate that from my booking.com agent and the girls at the front desk at the property.

The service was great. We had to stay due to a blizzard and the roads being too dangerous to drive. I booked at 9:30 am. We arrived at the hotel at 10 and they let us have the room right then. We had our motorhome with us, and we parked it and were allowed to plug it in. Very accommodating

Modern, clean and spacious with a large and welcoming lobby. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. With a nice warm breakfast, it’s hard to find fault - this is one to check out if you are in Fargo with plenty of parking and close to local shopping and amenities.

Large room king suite with seperate living room which worked well with partner who has insomnia and could read and not disturb. Jacuzzi was excellent as well as the breakfast.
